Yesterday we went to The 1-2-3-4 Shoreditch Festival. I didn't really want to go because I didn't know any of the bands and wasn't feeling like it was worth the money. But then one of my bf's aquaintance happen to give him 2 VIP tickets, so... why not? Shoreditch park is like 30minutes by foot from my house, so very convinient, haha. But it was my first time going there actually! I am not a festival type of girl, I like a clean toilet and not so drunk people. This was quite a small festival, nothing major, since it is in the middle of the city. In the end it was a nice break for us and we spent a relaxed day. All of us were so lucky that it didn't rain... But after 7pm it got really cold, so the best option was to stay inside the tents where the small bands were playing cuz it was warmer. That said, we lost the performance by the Black Lips on the main stage -_-; But! We really enjoyed the band in the tent called The King Blues. They are amazing performers! It was the best band in the festival for us (but we didnt get to see the black lips, so dont take my word for it). I genuinely enjoyed it and found myself dancing and jumping a bit, haha.
I also ate the best burger ever during the festival! Organic beef burger was sooooo tasty and delicious! Just to think about it now it makes me hungry now.
Ok, so this was how I rocked my (small) summer festival. With tights (and should have brought a proper coat) because England's summer this year just doesn't exist T^T
